Project Description
I joined Hyatt at an exciting time when they were bringing all of their digital work in-house, so I was part of a brand new design team. There was lots of work to be done and I was fortunate to spend most of my time redesigning their existing iOS and Android mobile apps. Millions of users access Hyatt's mobile apps every month to plan and book travel, as well as manage their stays on property. I worked on a large agile team (at times two) and was responsible for all wireframes, prototypes and user research, while a visual designer produced the deliverables for development. The redesign has resulted in plenty of positive feedback from both iPhone and Android users.
